Sergio specializes in Retail, Automotive and Industrial Warehouse properties. He is currently the Director for the Commercial Resource Group at Virtual Properties Realty, where he is also a mentor for agents that want to transition from residential into commercial real estate.

Sergio is a member of NAHREP, NAMAR, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Latin American Chamber of Commerce, and several other organizations. Sergio is also a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club at the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors, where he serves as the 2019 RPAC (Realtors Political Action Committee) - Chair and NAMAR Commercial Council Co-Chair.

Sergio's double major in Business Administration, Human Resources & Marketing, along with his entrepreneurial, leadership and mentor skills, makes him the Go-To Person in Commercial Real Estate. Sergio’s mission is to educate and empower the Hispanic community, turning their entrepreneurial dreams into successful businesses.
